Dec. 10, 2005 - Leda
With temperatures below 32 degrees we started with 3 cars to Leda from Atlanta. Jerry and Carol joined us at the wall. We had perfect sunny weather and a good crowd of 14 climbers. We managed to set up in total 13 routes on a level from 5.6 to 5.11. That is an absolutely record and a good final for 2005. I would like to thank all who set up a route at that day and took care of our beginners Derek and Mona.

- Knock on Rock (5.9?) by John

This was my last official trip I have organized for 2005. Thanks to all who have supported the trips by driving, organizing, leading routes and for your camaraderie It was a great year for me in the club.
Scott will be guiding and therefore I will take over the January trip to Jamestown on January, 7th 2006. If the conditions are good, means cold enough, we are going ice climbing. The change will be shortly announced on Thursday before the trip.
I wish you All a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
