| Our forth trip this year had again perfect sunny weather and
very good climbing conditions. We had 15 - 20 participants who met
at Cumberland Mall on Saturday morning. Gary and Carole joined us at
the parking area of Foster Falls and as soon as everybody was ready
to go we hiked down to the waterfall and along the creek to the
Jimmywood climbing area. We setup the following climbs:
In order to spread the crowd around a bit some of us headed to the areas Rehab Slab At 5 pm we hiked out because everybody was exhausted after an exciting and long climbing day. Most of us headed back to Atlanta immediately. Carole, Wes, Bill and I enjoyed another climbing day in the Red Light District and left on Sunday evening to drive back to Atlanta. I would like to thank all of you for your support, especially by setting up some difficult climbs that made the trip to another big success. Climb on! Antje (ACC Trip coordinator) |
