Climbing Trip Meeting Place
 

On most club trips, we meet for car pooling in the parking lot of the Midtown Athletic Club, which regardless of the name, is not in midtown Atlanta! Many of you may know this athletic by its former name, The Sporting Club.

The Midtown Athletic Club is located just off of I-75 and Windy Hill Road in Marietta.

Driving Directions

These directions start in downtown Atlanta - adjust accordingly based on where you live in Atlanta or surrounding region.

  1. Drive north on I-75
  2. Take the Windy Hill Road exit (exit 260), which is the first exit OTP (outside the perimeter, I-285)
  3. Turn right and head east on Windy Hill Road.
  4. You will pass Pappasito's restaurant on the right, only about 100yards from the exit ramp.
  5. Turn right at the next driveway past Pappasito's onto a small road
  6. Turn right again into the parking lot of the Midtown Athletic Club.
